Changing Twitch Name and Bot Name

Twitch is glitching out and I'm wondering if I could change my twitch and bot. I might be getting Hacked on Twitch but I don't know, I have tried everything but it just started not working with me anymore and my title and pass is always changing I dont know if someones in my account but I cant fix the problem :(
Old Twitch Name: Soccerbay98
New Twitch Name: Baygames
Old Bot Name: BotofBay
New Bot Name: BaygamesBot
