Giveaways based on Point system

Hi Deepbotters!

I'm looking for a way to do giveaways using the point system.
Specifically, I want each my viewers 'points' to go towards an entry into the giveaway. So the more points someone has, the higher the chance of winning.

Is there any way to do this?
Even through an external program?

Just use the ticket raffle where users can purchase multiple tickets based on their points to increase the chance of winning?
