Never received a VIP when i got the bot

I got the bot a couple of months ago, and never realized it was suposed to come wih one month free VIP, which I never received! Please help as I love this bot, and want to see if VIP is something that I would like to buy!

This is because you payed for DeepBot via a copy of a game.  The auto system can only detect payments.  You will have to wait for expertsonline to come on to see what he will do.

I cannot o any of the vip things yet how do i fix this, i cannot edit the bankheists or anything.

yeah like 3-4 times actually any oher ideas? all the donator things say VIP exclusive feature, and also the bankheist, I cannot edi anything with it.
