a variable to make a word a clickable link?

a variable to make a word in a custom command as a link like if i want "freepoints" to be a clickable link to twitter?

I don't think that you can do that in Twitch chat, so even if we made that a feature, the word wouldn't actually be a link when you saw the message in chat.
