You can update your bot name here: http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#Home

If you have troubles logging in to that site, try using chrome's incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n) or firefox's private browser mode (ctrl+shift+s).

Hey, I've been trying to help Ekim with this and we walked him through the steps you just described, but he's still having problems.  Once he logs into the site his account info still doesn't come up even in incognito mode.

Well I can't update it, but you could try deleting browsing data, and see if that helps. I can teamviewer if needed.
