DeepBot will not connect to my stream

When ever I go to connect my DeepBot it says my stream briguy856 does not have access to the closed beta and that I need to apply even though I already did and was accepted.

What is you Bot name?

Ok i found the Problem, you never set up a Bot name in you application... hmm

1.)I heard about deepbot from another twitch user who currently runs deepbot.
2.)My stream name is Briguy85
3.)My twitch account name is also Briguy856
4.)My schedule is Monday-Friday 4pm est - 8pm est
5.)My stream is not yet partnered with twitch
6.)The current amount of viewers is anywhere from 1-5 and growing!
7.)I do not need to migrate different points over from a different bot

-Ok first of all you need an twitch account for your Bot... so create one and name it whatever you want your bot to be

-then follow this tutorial to change your bot name in the system to the botname you just created on twitch

-then in the deepbot client you have to log in at the botlogin section with your bot twitch account and in the streamer login section with your streamer account

it is just popping up with the box, it never asked me to sign in, and when the box pops up it has nothing in it.

Did you use Google Chrome in inkognito mode (ctrl.+shift+n) to log in?

so i did that and it worked, but then when i entered my stream account name briguy856 and logged an went to my account it says i still have to apply for deepbot

I see the problem, i entered my stream name wrong in the application. Does that mean i have to re apply and donate 10 dollars again?

Ha now i know what the Problem really is:

You made an application for the Streamer name Briguy85
and for the botname Briguy856

You need experts to change this, fill out this

Ok and i put my second twitch account name where it says new bot name right? and is expertsonline going to contact me with this info?

yes, the account you created for the bot should go to your new botname
