Changing what Deepbot says in Raffles

Is there a way of changing what deepbot saying in chat about raffles??



Would like to have it say Open to Followers not Users  ???

Currently no, since it is hard coded, possibly in the future. I believe it has been suggested.

Well the .txt file for ranks doesn't work since it is now coded in. But possibly.
