Crashes on Load

Brand new installation just today. Crashes on loadup. No permissions problems. I've tried reinstalling it twice.

Error message is:

Crashed. Could not load file or assembly 'cefSharp.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found. Crashed at DeppBot.Main..ctor()

"Please follow the following steps:

1) Install/Repair the x86 and x64 versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679
2) In the DeepBot folder, if DB_update.exe exists, rename that to update.exe
3) in the DeepBot folder, if DB_Ionic.Zip.dll exists, rename that to Ionic.Zip.dll
4) Run update.exe in admin mode (right click and Run as administrator)"
