Using DeepBot on a separate computer
« on: June 08, 2015, 09:18:23 AM »
My streaming PC isn't too powerful so I'm trying to setup Deepbot for use on a different computer than my streaming computer. I'm having difficulty setting up the notifications and music player. I have very limited computer knowledge and tried extensively before posting this topic.

From what I was reading, all that was needed to be done was to change my existing notifications to include "?ip=" and then the external computer ip address of the deepbot computer but nothing is popping up.

I've also added the same ip address to the music player link provided in the two computer guide.

I'm sure I'm doing something simple and stupid but would greatly appreciated if someone could help me out and explain it for a novice like myself.

If your computers are on the same network, it will be  the ipv4 address of the computer deepbot is on. To find that, go to start>search cmd.exe>run it>type ipconfig>Grab the ipv4 adress.
