Deepbot Ranking

ok so i setup my ranks and its not showing them i saved them and when i look at the console to look at players rank it says private star 1 etc... Does anyone know how to get this to save right and change the amount of minutes needed for each rank. Thank you

May I please ask you how you got DeepBot?  Are you a moderator for a streamer using DeepBot?  What is your Twitch name?
