trying to change my deepbot bot account.

trying to connect on deepbot but says my oauth password is incorrect. i've also tryed to access my account to change bot account name, however when i authorize deepbot the window stays white and doesn't allow me to click account. plz help me in making my bot account name drugxmod.    my stream name is drugxsirus.

Hi there,
do you own the twitch account for your Bot?

To log in to your account to change the botname, pls use google chrome in inkognito mode (open chrome, then press shift+ctrl+n) then log in.

chrome is not working with twitch for w/e reason, says i can't enter the secure site. has been happening since three months ago... tryed firefox and internet explorer aswell and still doesn't work. I need you guys to change my bot password as I am tired of this procrastination when i subscribed to the software and can't use it...  bot name is drugxmod    password is seaidiran99    would appreciate actual help!

Use google chrome's incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n), it works 100% of the time.

...does not work. site is deemed unsafe by googlechrome and therefore i cannot use googlechrome, I've try"ed firefox and as soon as i log in the page just goes white and stays that way with deepbot.tv/oauth/#access_token=28dycr19rdbo4moatuwzcs70y0zj&scope=user_read   displayed at the top of the page.  and internet explorer say's there is a problem with this website's security certificate.

it's been way too long and I'm about to just quit deepbot alltogether and unsuggest it from my friends. all I'm getting is the same answer over and over even though I'm saying i's not working, google chrome won't work. does not work for me period, would love if it did but it doesn't...

please actually help fix my issue or let me know if you can't so i can just unsubscribe and take my business elsewhere.

Next time, Clear your browsing data if it doesn't work with Google Chrome's Incognito mode. Firefox doesn't work, only google chrome.

well, three months of payments and still no help at all.... definately ain't suggesting this software to anyone. i stopped my subscrition, and only hope one day you guys can actually fix my issue. on that day message me back. worst experience i've ever had trying to get something so simple fixed... when i donated i figured it was for something worth donating. guess i was mislead.
