Host Notification

The bot used to thank those in chat who hosted the channel.  A couple months ago, the bot stopped posting in chat.  Am I missing a setting?

Mine started posting in chat the other day, so the functionality is there, it's just not tied to a toggle anymore. Which I wish it had :P
