Importing points from a text file...possible?

Hi, I have a couple hundred followers' old points from another bot that I'd like to add into my Deepbot's current points (without erasing their existing points) and the text file is formatted as such.

name1=94(random number to represent how many points)
name2=938
name3=23

and so on. 

Can anyone help me with this?  Thank you for your trouble.
