1. how make custom message in chat for new\all users?

Question: How do you add custom join messages to your viewers?

Answer: Go to User Database Tab on DeepBot, right click a user and hit edit>Custom Join Message. You can also do it in your twitch chat: !usermsg add <user> <message> : Add a custom user message for a viewer. but this need make for all my viewers or ? O_O i don't understand

2. how to make that chat was written the current song from a text file?
