Mod vs Raffle Open/Close

Although I like my mods to be able to check the points and status of other members, to avoid confusion, I would like to be able to make it so only I can open/close - raffles/auctions etc. Is there an option to overide this that I am overlooking?

Not currently.  We generally run on the assumption that moderators will not abuse their powers to open "troll" raffles and things of that nature.
