Cant change ranks and the hours dont update

hi i just bought deepbot like less than a week ago switched computers and now that i reinstalled it i cant change my ranks and the hours that my viewers watch the stream don't update for me i am running the most recent version i checked and i tried to repair it with the installation feature but still nothing also tried to click load defaults in the ranks tab and still nothing any help with this would be awesome

P.S i should have VIP for the month since i just bought it and also i dont have a Bronze or Gold star on my deepbot

If you moved computers did you move the DeepBots Data file?
Also when you pay for VIP did you restart the bot?

i just bought the bot and its suppose to come with a 1 month VIP trail according to some of the forums i have read on here and i didnt really move computeres i installed new motherboard and did a factory reset of the PC so everything was deleted

Your Twitch name is Nick? right?
If you did a full PC reset your DeepBots files did not save unless you backed them up.
VIP comes with a server side backup if you are VIP.

Ok so how do i access this server side back up? and i just checked i dont see any star up top like i did before no Bronze or Gold

Cloud backup are for VIP only.
