New raffle filter depending on coins

Hey!

I would love to do some raffles where I can specify a certain coin amount users need to be able to get into the raffle. VIP Raffle isnt enough in my opinion because someone who grinded coins for months is VIP like someone else who donated at the first day.
I hope you know what I mean. Raffle based on hours or even both would be nice aswell.

Ya, lifetime points earned was suggested, but I will add based on hours as well to that suggestion.

Not necessarily, it means it is there as a suggestion, and be decided on if it should or even can be implemented. Quite a few suggestions have been turned down mostly due to not being able to be implemented.
