Unable to Connect

After a whole day of dealing with issues on DeepBot. I finally got it to launch and even update, I had to reinstall it though... but now that its working, it won't connect. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue?

Also, with the reinstall..I lost my Database, is there anyway to restore my Database?

Any help is appreciated

Try changing servers / ports on the config tab near bot login.

For your data, contact ExpertsOnline about a cloud backup.

every time I try to connect, it says "Ops! I have crashed..."

Okay, can you post the crashlog? You can find it here: C:\DeepBot - Twitch Streamer Assistant\logs\crashlogXXXXXXXX.txt (The x's are dates, grab the latest one.)

If you have an anti-virus, try disabling it.

Also if you do have to disable the anti-virus, I would re-install deepbot after.

So, I re-installed DeepBot and now i'm back to being unable to launch the program itself...I don't understand, it was just working fine a few days ago.

Alright so I resorted to installing it on my laptop instead of my primary desktop. Seems to be working properly, now all I would need now is to gain a copy of my desktop. I sent a message to experts, is there anyone else who has access to that that I can contact?
