Is "Mikuia" a bot?  If so, you cannot migrate points from it.  If it is the name of your user running in another bot, please say what bot that is.

The site is mikuia.tv  Not sure if it's a bot exaxtly but it moderates my channel and my viewers have gained a lot of points from it.
