Payment
« on: September 23, 2015, 09:41:35 AM »
Hello! I was trying to donate $10 but it was not accepting my debit card. It said that it was not suitable (in other words) for that payment. I entered in all of the card information correctly as well so I know its not the card itself. I had just bought streaming equipment with it. I have not yet started streaming yet, but I will be within a couple of days and I would like to be prepared and ready to go with deepbot! :)

The payment goes through paypal, so I would contact them about it.  It could be that there isn't enough money left on the debit card since you bought all the equipment?

Nope my card has enough. I have never used anything pay-pal related. Do I need to make an account with them or something before I can donate? This is what the message says "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

I'm not sure if paypal would require an account.  I would recommend you contact their support, as the actual payments are done with them.
