Youtube playlist default video quality

I was trying to queue up a play list from YouTube and it worked but it keeps changing the video quality to 240p. I would like for it to either remember what I set it too or a place to enter a default. I would want the popped out video to be the same. I use it to capture the video and size it in my OBS Scene.

I figured out how to do this in OBS so the video from YouTube is at full quality it was uploaded at.
