Paid but still no email

It has been almost 48 hours since I paid through PayPal and I left a message along with that payment for you guys but have not heard back. Can you please let me know if you got it and when I should expect a response back, thank you so much.

That's because you charged back the $10.  Please cancel the chargeback to get DeepBot.  Make sure to make another application after you do that.
