On Screen Widget with only GIF

Hello. Today i try add one gif to one Channel Command that i have working with a sound, when i notice can only add via Widget and with a web link. Problem is, the widget is TOO UGLY and turns my gif soo little.

Maybe need an API to open a scene in OBS for it?
How can i have the gif poping up in OBS by using the command??? I posted in Feature Requests because i think it's not possible, since i could only apply using that widget thingy.

In a recent update, there is a feature where you can just have the image pop-up:

- Added an ImagePanel to display images on screen without the title and text. (e.g. http://deepbot.tv/widgets/ImagePanel.htm?dur=5&test=1&panel=img&w=500&h=500 )

I will update this post when I have written a small guide on how to get this to work.
