Sub Actions Points

Could someone please explain the difference between 'Add Points', 'Resub Bonus' and 'Per Month'?
The main thing I don't understand is Add Points vs Per Month. Thanks

I can't play with this so I'm going try the best
Add Points: adds points when sub.
Resub Bonus: maybe resub gets X more points.
Per month: If they are subed for 5 months they don't just get resub bonus but per month for 5 month they subed.
Like i  side that might not be 100% right but that's how I think

Add Points -> This is the amount that will be added each time someone subs/resubs.
Resub Bonus -> This is the additional amount that will be added each time someone resubs.
Per Month -> Each resub will get these many additional points for each month they have subbed for.

They are all additive. If you do not want to use any of the three, simply set them to 0.
