Use one Command to play sounds

Hi all,

is it possible to make one command to play sounds? For Example:
!sounds -> lists all available sounds
!play soundXY plays the chosen sound.

I've senn this in another stream and i find this idea really nice. Don't know if DeepBot was used there. The benefit would be that i don't need to make a single command for every sound, and the cooldown-timer would prevent spam for all sound.

You'd need to make a command for each sound, then you can list the commands in a command.
That's what i'd do.

that would be possible. but how do you prevent spam. Let's say you have 5 sounds, every sound has a 5 Minutes cooldown. So a viewer could play every sound once at a time bevor he has to wait for the cooldown to expire.

Make the sound commands cost points so people would have to spend hard earned points creating a currency sink and offering economic spam protection.
