Deepbot using 10-12% of CPU
« on: November 25, 2015, 07:27:21 PM »
Deepbot seems to be using 10-12% of my CPU. I just setup a new PC with an i7 6700k which is the current best processor in the world. I don't think it should be using this much of my CPU, and I'm sacrificing quality of my stream.

How can I fix this, if at all?

Depends on what features you are using, and some users have gotten high cpu usage, and it is hard to debug high cpu usage.

If not using chat moderation, try disabling it. That can cause high cpu usage, depending on how active your chat is.
If not using the built-in music player, try disabling the player by right clicking the blue icon next to the volume bar > Disable player: http://puu.sh/lz72Y/835c525587.png
Try opening up task manager and make deepbot run on all cores or a different one, some users have done core 4 or 6 depending on your processor.
