Points Transfer

I help run a stream that is converting to Deepbot form Phantom bot and we were told we can't convert points from Deepbot to Phantombot.  However I can access the data from Phantom bot.  If I send a txt file or excel file of our users and their points is it possible then to be sent a conversion file?

Are you going from DeepBot to PhantomBot?
Or PhantomBot to DeepBot?

Sorry we are going from Phantom to Deepbot.  I have extracted the points file out of the Phantom Bot database.  I can put it in any format needed.  I just don't know what the layout should look like.  We were told we couldn't do a Phantom Bot to Deepbot conversion.  But I was wondering if I had the ability to manipulate the Phantom Bot data if that option could become available.
