Bot no longer showing Star

My bot is no longer showing the star I get as a donor and I am unable to use the donor features on the bot. Not sure if the donor stuff is only temp or if there is an issue with the server.

Hey there - VIP Stream status lasts for rolling 30 days after your last donation. I can see your last donation was on 11th Feb 2014, so the star has expired.

i have vip but no fallower etc features what is up with that?
