Once i connect the stream and Bot it begins to give FPS lag
« on: February 18, 2016, 05:29:02 AM »
Hello!
I have recently downloaded Deepbot for my channel and I have ran into an error that i have not found a fix for. Once I connect the bot and my stream through OBS studio i begin to suffer bad FPS lag and the stream is unwatchable. Once i disconnect the bot, my stream works perfectly fine. I have windows 10 which is update and the bot which i just downloaded is update and so is obs. I have looked for a fix for this issue and the only thing I have found is a work around using a virtual machine to run the bot.

Here is a video example of what I am talking about: http://www.twitch.tv/tmzoidss/v/46344009

Are you using chat moderation on deepbot? Try disabling Chat moderation since it can cause higher cpu usage.
Are you using the built in music player? This can cause issues as well. You can disable it as well. Just right click the blue box at the end next to the volume > disable player: http://puu.sh/nbLKx/ce918da9be.png

When you first open up the bot, you will get initial lag since it is connecting to twitch and deepbot servers. Try making deepbot run on your last core of your cpu.

I was using moderation for chat. Deep bot only uses 3-5% CPU with that on. But it did not fix or help the problem. I also disabled the player as asked and still no change with that either.

I have set OBS to high priory and changed the cores of how many deepbot can use and that also did not help.

The only fix that I have so far is the work around running the bot in a digital box while i use obs on my actual computer.
