Can't Update or Chat...Please Help

Hi,

I haven't been able to update my deepbot for months and I am finally posting a thread about it. I the reason I didn't post earlier was because the chat and everything was working so I didn't mind using an older version but now the chat doesn't even work. I can't chat with viewers, I cannot see viewers type, and I cant chat in streamer chat either. I've had to resort to keeping twitch site open to be able to view and reply to chat.

Here is a link to the errors I am getting for updating and also the screenshots of being connected to the right port/server. I tried both 6667 and 443 and both work and connect, but neither allows me to chat or view chat.

Close DeepBot > Open Taskmanager > close Cefsharp.browsersubprocess > find the DeepBot folder > find update.exe > run update.exe as admin.
Connect to server - irc.chat.twitch.tv port - 6667 > redo oauth.
