I saw a command for nightbot that read:

!addcom !tweet Tweet out the stream! $(tweet Come watch @TWITTERNAME while he plays $(twitch game) on Twitch! http://www.twitch.tv/TWITCHNAME)

When used, the !tweet command read:

Tweet out the stream! http://ABITLY.LINK

When clicked this bitly link sent you right to twitter with that message above.

Yes, you can use the click to tweet variable: @ctt@ = Click to Tweet. E.g. Support the stream by tweeting! @ctt@[Check out expertsonline @ http://twitch.tv/expertsonline playing @game@]
