Reformatted now I need to get my info back...

Hello stream bot has been down for about a day now because I reformatted. I need to get everyone's points back if possible. Cloud storage is not up so I am not sure what I need to do. Thanks

Unless you backed up the files in the "Back Up" folder, it's gone, no way to get it back.

I don't believe the cloud storage is operating currently - I've certainly not seen any indication of it working.

The cloud storage API is not yet functional, did you backup any of your data? If not there is not much we can do, I'm sorry.
