Well you have your own rank which is Streamer. You wouldn't be able to use that command. You would have to add your own part of the command.

It just like the one post about the commands:

!commands @if@[@userclass@||Streamer||!streamercommands||!commands2] (You will need to probably renumber the !commands2, 3, 4, etc.
