Are you on windows 10 by chance?
One thing that might solve it, at least for quite a few people is to delete userconfig.bin in the data folder. You will lose all settings that were set in the bot, but usually fixes the issue. I recommend making a backup of the file, just in case this solution does not work for you.
- Try running the bot as admin?
- Try setting video quality lower in the Config Tab > Master Settings?
