No Soundbyte Triggers for HOST

The soundbyte trigger for channel's hosting seems very, very erratic.

I think I've seen 2 active triggers out of 20+ hosts.

Even tried dropping trigger limit to zero and still no consistency.

Are you streaming live when testing this? I believe it only works when you are live.

All testing has indeed been done when live.

Tested again today and this function is definitely not working.
