To me it looks like you selected a TTS (Text to Speech) that isn't working or deepbot can't find a TTS (Text to Speect) voice on your PC.
Does it let you open up deepbot or no?
If you can open up deepbot, you can probably fix this easily.
If you can't then you may have to delete a file or restore a backup file.
