Fresh Install of Windows. Does Deepbot stay the same?

Hi there,

So I just put on a fresh install of Windows 10 on my computer. I had Deepbot before, with several people having hundreds of hours. When I reinstall Deepbot with the same account etc, EVERYTHING is gone. Is there a way to fix this?

If you have access to the old files, you can restore your settings/database/etc that way.

Otherwise, you will need to Email ExpertsOnline at: deepbot@deep.sg and ask for a VIP Cloud Backup.

I don't have access to the files because the hardrive became corrupt after the wipe... So I sent out an email after you sent this reply (thank you). But, I haven't heard back from the email. How long do the responses usually take?
