Bank Heist missing a line of script

When I activate bank heist it does all the scripts except the one which tells you that the heist is ready and they are about to attack xxxx

The only 2 scripts running are that someone has started planning  and then the results. It's missing out the middle one. How can I fix this?

No the one that states something like "Ok men, we're about to raid xxx bank, get ready' or something like that. Before the results.

The closest line to that is the "Next Level Entry Message" or "Start" under Game Outcomes. I don't think it will output the message every time tho.

I'm having this issue too. It's extremely annoying. Why would the start script not run every time? If that's by design, it makes no sense at all. Can anyone confirm if this is just a bug or if it's by design?
