Unable to complete Donation setup

Good Day,
I'm unable to complete the Donation setup.

When I am taken to deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#MyAccount, I am redirected to http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#Home and I'm asked to login to Twitch again. When I try to login to twitch again, the authentication is complete, but I have no access to "My Account"

Please help. Thank you kindly.
