!top x mod only

I ran my first stream tonight with DeepBot.  I had around 17-25 users loving the bankheist and points system.  The raffle system worked great as well.  Great work on those.

One issue I ran into and can't seem to figure out is the !top command.  When any user tries to run it (!top 5), the bot does nothing.  If I run it, it works fine.  Is the !top command a moderator only command?

Yes - the !top commands are mod only.
