Can i make !top command avaliable for everyone ?

Hi,
i did a costom command for this but it still not working, only streamer and mods can use the !top command.
Can i change this to be avaliable for everybody in the chat ?

Make a custom command.

Make the command be !top10, then in the command message put !top 10 and make sure to select User (Elevated Access) for Run as part in the command.
