I am having this same issue.

Fixed. redid everything again and now it works! The mysteries of the internet.

If you want to transfer your settings from one computer to another (Assuming you already have Deepbot installed on both computers) is to copy/paste the "Users", "Usersconfig" and "chanmsgconfig" files.
