Deepbot dont Whisper Points when Stream is running an Hour

Hello i have the Problem that Deepbot Whispers Points to Viewers about 1 Hour when i Stream and then He Stops whispering. I must Change Settings to not Whisper so that the Viewers can see there Points. When i restart Deepbot it also Does not Work any More for this Stream Session. Just when i Restart my PC it Work again for about an hour and then its the same. I have the Problems since a long time and i really want to whisper points so that the chat is not Spammed to Much !

Viewers can have block whispers on from strangers in their settings. Your bot could also have been shadow banned from whispering (would have to contact twitch to unban it). Could also be something on twitch's side as well from what another user said:

No No the Bot works for about 1 hour or shorter. Then from one Second to the next he dont Whispers the Points anymore. Then i must let him spam the Points into the Chat !! When i restart the bot it doesnt work i must restart the PC then and after a View Tries it works again. But the same just about an Hour he whispers and then the Same Problem goes on ....

Maybe an anti-virus or firewall is blocking it? Also the bot can only send so many whispers in so many seconds due to twitch limitations.

Running deepbot as admin?

How can i see that any Anti Virus thing is blocking it? But i dont think so cause it works about an hour and from one to the other second it does not work anymore. Then i must put it to write the Points in the Chat.

Yes Everytime as a Admin.

Maybe its cause the Bot is Overloaded? It is really bad that i pay 5 Dollar a Month and this does not work ....

Not too sure why it isn't working. It works perfectly fine for me. If more people were having the issue, then it may be something with the bot. But so far I haven't heard or seen any other users having this issue. Not sure how the bot would be overloaded, unless your CPU is being pushed to the limit. For me, Deepbot only users 10% of my CPU max, but it can vary from CPU to CPU. If you feel the bot is overloaded, here are a few things you can do to lessen the load on your CPU: http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=6290.msg34021#msg34021

An alternative is to make users check their points in the bot's twitch channel/chat without spamming your chat. To set that up, you would enable this setting in the Master Settings > Point Options:



Then users can go to your bot's twitch channel/chat and do the points command there.

Depending on your Anti-virus, you would add it to the Exception list or Allowed Programs. I recommend googling Allow a program through InsertAntiVirusNameHere.

Hmm Its really Strange it works every Stream for an Hour and From one to the Other Second it does not work anymore with whispering. Very Crazy that i am the Only one with that Problem. I would try to reinstall my deepbot but than all points of the users are gone?

No. All data/Settings are stored in the Data folder. You can make a backup of it, but a reinstall shouldn't effect it.

Thats so sad every Stream the same the Bot Whisper about an hour and then he stops. Can i put on an older Update of the Bot ? Maybe that works?

Now the bot does not Whisper at all.. I am not Streaming and he Does not Whisper i tried to restart pc he dont whisper :D sry for my bad English i am from Austria

Yeah. Just make a command and put /w @user@ at the beginning of the command message.

I think i know what the Problem is! It is that the Bot gets an Whisperban in the Stream for 24 hours ! Twitch thinks that its an Spambot because it whispers so often! I write twitch now because when the bot does not work exactly 24 Hours later i can put in whisper again :D
