Not too sure why it isn't working. It works perfectly fine for me. If more people were having the issue, then it may be something with the bot. But so far I haven't heard or seen any other users having this issue. Not sure how the bot would be overloaded, unless your CPU is being pushed to the limit. For me, Deepbot only users 10% of my CPU max, but it can vary from CPU to CPU. If you feel the bot is overloaded, here are a few things you can do to lessen the load on your CPU:

Then users can go to your bot's twitch channel/chat and do the points command there.
Depending on your Anti-virus, you would add it to the Exception list or Allowed Programs. I recommend googling Allow a program through InsertAntiVirusNameHere.
