Apologies for the inconvenience. This issue is only impacting a few streamers and not all, and hence is challenging to identify the root cause.
DeepBot does save regular backups of the database.

To restore a backup:
Close DeepBot
rename users.bin to users_bak.bin (This is the backup of your current database)
Find the file you want to restore from the backups\0\ folder and copy it (time stamped version of users.bin )
Paste the file in the main folder (where the original users.bin was)
Rename the backup file to users.bin
Start DeepBot

The backups work as follows:
The "0" folder stores backups in 30mins increments and is generally for more recent restores.
The "1" folder stores backups in 6 hour increments and generally covers 2 days worth of data.
The "2" folder stores backups in 24 hour increments and generally covers 1 week worth of data.
