Cant control my channel from bot

Hi! I have a problem, I cant change title or chat from the bot to my channel. Anyone with a fix?

Running Deepbot as admin?
Updated to latest update, 0.9.12.3?
Tried Switching Ports?
Tried redoing OAuth Logins on the config tab for both streamer/bot login?
