when i try to connect the bot to my stream it says that I'n logging into the right twitch account. It tells me my license only permits the twitch account dumpbot.

Do you own the twitch account Dumpbot?
You need two twitch accounts for Deepbot. One for the Config Tab > Bot Login section and the other one is your main twitch account, under Streamer Login.

Okay thats why, i dont actually own that twitch account, is there a way that i can change that part?

Yeah - create a new account and then change the bot name on the website.
