NO ACTIVE HELP

I have posted twice now about my stream name change, in the name change thread. I have waited my fair expected wait time and no response, I can see others post threads about their accounts, but they are getting replies before me, even though my thread has been their longer and was before theirs. I have inputed everything I have to like I am supposed to, this is now holding me back from streaming on my new account, because the bot has not been transferred yet, can someone please help!

The support team can only do name changes if the user changed their name through twitch's free name change.

The dev is the only one who can do name changes if you made a new account.

But if you did the name change through twitch, it could be a bug with the api the dev made. It has happened to others in the past. I will PM the dev to check on name changes on forums right now.
