for some reason I have paid my monthly bill for deepbot but my vip services are no longer active.

twitch streamer name frostbyte_21
deepbot name getthebootbot

need vip feature active on getthebootbot not frostbyte_21

I am not seeing any payments for stream: frostbyte_21

If you recently got a name change, then you will need to pay/resub for VIP under your new twitch stream name.
