VIP Features gone but deepbot paid automatically by paypal 6/8

Hello, I seem to have lost my VIP features, but my paypal payment went through yesterday?

No, nothing has changed on my account. It worked on 6/8 perfectly, then after payment went through, I have no VIP features 6/9

Says your VIP expires 6/9. If you are subbed, may have to wait 24-48 hours.

I'll check tomorrow evening to see if it's resolved. This hasn't happened since I got the bot last year.

As of right now, I still have no VIP features despite paying it automatically via PayPal 3 days ago. Here is my paypal payment: http://imgur.com/a/aFaKH

Literally having the exact same problem.  Money automatically taken out on 6/8 and VIP Features show "Inactive."

Have you heard anything new?

I am having the same issue, VIP is missing with auto payment set.  Twitch channel is cougarob, bot name is cougbot.  Thanks for your help!
