connecting error

I have tried connecting my twitch account multiple times. I watched the youtube video, and I also have followed the directions on the FAQ in the forums for setting it up and did everything suggested to solving the issue. it is still saying that it is a closed beta and my twitch account does not have permission to access it. Please respond asap and thank you for your time

also, it will let me connect if I use my bot account as the stream name. so would I then need to request to have it changed to my actual account? my twitch name on my forums account is what I'm going to be using to stream and http://www.twitch.tv/thealmighty_bot is what is going to be my bot for the stream

Yes, it seems you purchased DeepBot with your bot account logged in instead of your stream account. Please make a post here following this guide: http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=6056.0
